Our company is a non-bank lender serving businesses across the United States. We're currently seeking a candidate with experience in loan processing, underwriting, accounts receivable (A/R), to contribute to our portfolio management team.
Our Account Managers are the first and most frequent point of contact for our clients and their customers. We rely on them to provide timely and accurate information regarding the status of their accounts while carefully analyzing and monitoring collateral on an ongoing basis.
Our portfolio consists of only performing B2B receivables and therefore this is not a collection position. A Collateral Analyst / Account Manager is involved in a wide range of duties (data entry, credit, underwriting, collateral testing, monitoring) which are essential in supporting customers and maintaining overall portfolio security and profitability.
Responsibilities include:
- Corresponding with clients and their customers
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
- Update database with new customers and information
- Analyze and cross-reference invoices to other documents for accuracy
- Research and monitor companies background information on multiple platforms
- Fulfill clients cash flow needs which includes gathering and processing their funding requests.
You are an ideal candidate if:
- Have experience as Loan processor, Credit manager, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable clerk or manager
- Have strong communication stills
- Organized, Diligent and Persistent
- Possess the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Bonus points if you also hold a Bachelors or Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

- Consistent 8am- 5pm Mon-Fri
- Health Insurance (90% employer paid)
- Starting Annual Bonus up to 25% of Salary ($15,000)
- Bank holidays paid time off (generally 4 extra days per year)

- Starting Salary Range ($58,000 to $63,000)
