-Work with a team to assemble entire products or components.
-Solder to IPC-J-STD-001 electro-mechanical assembly on through hole and surface mount components
-Read Worksheets and wiring diagrams receives verbal instructions, or follows sample board to determine assembly duties and select components (transistors, resistors, relays, capacitors and integrated circuits).
-Places plastic isolating sleeves around specific wire leads and clinches wire ends, mounts component leads into board, crimps wire leads, twists , bends, trims, strips or files wire leads of components.
-Installs heat sinks, sockets, face plates and accessories on boards.
-Other duties as assigned.'
