Building Maintenance: F/T M-F for Boca Raton Senior Center. Must be available to work some evenings for special events. Ensure that building and grounds are maintained. Assist with set up and break down of rooms for events, programs, and special activities, daily upkeep of center to include some outside grounds work. Handyman type building tasks, assist with moving of office furniture as needed, maintaining cleanliness of building, upkeep and restocking of bathrooms supplies. Keep supplies and copy machines stocked. Must have physical ability to perform manual labor, being able to lift substantial amounts of weight including boxes of files or supply deliveries, bending, standing for extended periods, walking for extended periods, and or climbing ladders. Must have safe driving record and personal vehicle. E-Verify, EEOE, DFWP, Level II Background Screen, SFWP. Excellent benefits, paid holidays, PTO, medical, dental, life.
