**Job Summary:**
As a Server at Villa Mulino, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patrons with their dining experience, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
**Duties:**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to guests
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Process payments and operate the cash register efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in the food industry or fine dining preferred
- Proficiency in food preparation, handling, and serving
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and using POS systems like OpenTable
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
