Responsibilities
- Provide high quality individual psychotherapy through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
- Participate in weekly supervision.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Maryland licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional client care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland LGPC or LMSW license in good standing.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace appropriate for telehealth.
- Professional liability insurance, or the ability to obtain coverage before beginning clinical work.
