Job Overview
Truck Parking Club is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Field Property Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will travel to properties to evaluate property conditions, install signage, document site details, and ensure each location is properly prepared for driver use. You will serve as the boots on the ground representative of our brand, communicating with property owners, completing on-site tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
This handson role requires strong organizational skills, consistent travel, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple property assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Property Visits & Coordination
- Contact property owners to schedule on-site evaluations and installations.
- Provide clear explanations of the visit and confirm access requirements.
- Represent Truck Parking Club professionally during all property interactions.
On-Site Property Work
- Inspect key property features such as entrances, parking surfaces, lighting, and sign placement areas.
- Install required Truck Parking Club signage following standard operating procedures.
- Ensure each site meets safety, visibility, and operational expectations.
Documentation & Reporting
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of property features, signage, and layout.
- Record accurate notes and details through our internal systems.
- Report property readiness, issues, or improvement needs promptly.
Travel Planning & Logistics
- Efficiently route and plan travel to maximize productivity and minimize drive time.
- Maintain your work vehicle with necessary tools, equipment, and supplies.
Team Support
- Assist with additional field tasks, property follow-ups, or site improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams when content or visuals are required.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties at once.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Clear, confident communication skills with property owners and internal team members.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to operate independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnights and multi-state trips.
- Hands-on experience with basic power tools preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger operations team.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong professionalism.
