Concierge/Front Desk-Part-time
Looking for a place where you can make a difference? We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-service–oriented Part-Time Concierge / Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, can multitask, and has a positive, professional attitude.
Hours will be:
- Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00pm-7:00pm
- Every other weekend 9:00am-5:00pm
- Some holidays required (rotation)
What you will do:
- The Concierge greet residents, visitors, staff, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Assist residents and families with basic information and directions
- Monitor visitor check-ins, sign-ins, and security procedures
- Provide administrative support such as sorting mail, light clerical work, and scheduling as assigned
- The Concierge coordinates and communicates with Program Coordinator and key staff resident/resident family requests to reserve a room for a special event. Coordinate with driver resident’s transportation requests for doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, etc.
- Support community events and activities as needed
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area
What you will need:
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Flexible availability for PRN/casual shifts (days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed)
