- Quote and win work
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Work directly with customers and shop teams
- Keep jobs on time, on budget, and high quality
What you need:
- Experience in fabrication, welding, machining, or industrial work
- Strong decision-making and ownership mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
Pay:
$100K+ depending on experience
