Position Overview
We are seeking an Automotive R&R Technician with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience (5+ years preferred). The ideal candidate is experienced in performing mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, tire services, and wheel alignments. You should be motivated, efficient, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform removal and replacement (R&R) of mechanical components.
- Perform brake repairs and replacement services.
- Perform suspension and steering repairs.
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
- Perform four-wheel alignments.
- Complete oil changes, scheduled maintenance, fluid services, and vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle conditions and recommended repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive repair experience (5+ years preferred).
- Experience performing general mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, tires, wheel alignments, and oil services.
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality workmanship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
