Partner closely with the CEO to provide financial leadership and ensure the company's continued growth and profitability.

Oversee the company's cash management, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting.

Review monthly financial statements and analyze financial performance to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Review Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules and cost-to-complete reports to ensure accurate project financials and profitability.

Validate and oversee ESOP distributions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan requirements.

Partner with project managers and operations to monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.

Utilize Spectrum ERP to manage financial reporting and construction accounting activities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, preferably within the construction industry.

Strong experience with cash management, financial statement review, WIP reporting, cost-to-complete analysis, and project accounting.

Experience with ESOP validation and payout processes is highly preferred.

Experience with Spectrum ERP or similar construction accounting software.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization, as well as with customers, vendors, and financial partners.

Confident managing cash flow challenges while remaining professional, solution-oriented, and composed under pressure.

Annual Salary: $175,000 - $195,000, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
