Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails with precision and artistry
- Apply color theory principles to create stunning nail designs tailored to client preferences
- Follow strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures to maintain a hygienic environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on nail care, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color techniques, and industry innovations through ongoing education
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or manicurist license in the state of Ohio (will also accept those on an Ohio Work Permit, or awaiting Ohio test date)
- Strong knowledge of color theory, nail extensions (gels), sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their aesthetic goals

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
