In-Home Sales Consultant – Des Moines, IA HomeView Exteriors & Baths
Commission Only | Realistic Earnings: $60,000–$200,000+ Per Year
HomeView Exteriors & Baths is looking for a couple experienced in-home sales professionals to help support our growing lead volume in the Des Moines market.
We're not looking to build a huge sales team. We're looking for a few strong performers who can help keep our schedule moving while maintaining a high closing percentage and excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience selling windows, siding, roofing, bathrooms, doors, gutters, or other in-home remodeling products
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on commission only
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends
Important Expectations
This is a commission-only position. There is no base salary.
We currently have two full-time sales consultants who will receive first priority on lead distribution. However, we strongly believe in rewarding performance. If you're consistently closing deals and producing results, you'll naturally earn more opportunities and additional leads.
We're looking for someone who understands that sales is a performance-based career and is willing to put in the effort to build a substantial income.
