Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems or similar platforms
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Manage night audit processes by reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring data accuracy for hotel records
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing overall guest relations
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff during overnight hours
- Maintain clear communication with other departments to coordinate guest services, reservations, and special requests
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management by demonstrating strong client communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices is essential
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling complex reservation requests in resort or hotel settings is desirable
- Prior night audit experience or familiarity with hotel night shift responsibilities will set you apart
