Let me tell you a little about us! Our first goal on the F&B side is to make sure the customers are happy and then it's all about making money and having fun doing it! We run the snack bar, beverage cart, outside bars, outside events and lots of golf outings. Everyone is cross trained to be able to do everything which includes the grille aka snack bar (cooking burgers, fries and sandwiches), bars and the cart. Training starts in the grille and then goes to the cart and any parties we might have. The pay is $12.00 an hour with cash tips taken home daily and CC tips on your check every two weeks. Meals and drinks are free! We receive 30% off golf shop items and golfing it's free. The dress code is a collared golf shirt which we provide and either shorts or tennis skirts and tennis shoes. No set training time, when you're ready, you are off and running! We are open from 9am till 7:00pm Monday through Sunday and are open year-round. The beverage cart is very much weather dependent and is rotated between staff and will eventually stop going out around Thanksgiving.
