As a CBRE Employee Relations Business Partner, you will beresponsible for providing consultation and coaching to employees, managers andPeople Business Partners while driving operational excellence in investigativeprocesses and resolution. You will provide expertise in all aspects of employeerelations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role will also be a keypartner with People Business Partners, Legal Counsel, Payroll, and Ethics &Compliance. In this role, you’ll develop processes to streamline EmployeeRelations activity, provide advice and guidance to help drive theimplementation of an effective ER strategy, identify business gaps with anemphasis on coaching and maintaining a positive employee relations environmentwithin the business.

- Will engage in project work supporting thePeople Team or other groups.
- Assist with status changes for existingemployees and terminations.
- Assist with training as needed related toemployee relations.
- Provide advice and guidance on theinterpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and conduct analysis for HRmanagement review.
- Interview employees to capture informationabout factors affecting worker morale, motivation, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Employee Relations Business Partner position is $100,000 annually [or $48.07 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Employee Relations Business Partner position is $110,000 annually [or $52.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
