As an Account Service Representative, you’ll be on the front line of C Spire’s customer experience in one of our retail locations. You’ll join an elite, sales-focused team that thrives on exceeding goals and winning together. Responsibilities:
Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.
Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing a computer screen.
