Job Description :
The Sleep Technologist plays a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders by conducting overnight and daytime sleep studies in a clinical setting.Additionally, the role requires maintaining detailed records, calibrating and troubleshooting specialized equipment, and adhering to strict protocols and regulatory standards. Ultimately, the Sleep Technologist helps improve patients' quality of life by supporting the effective diagnosis and management of sleep-related conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited polysomnographic technologist training program.
- Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or equivalent credential.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
