We are a busy neighborhood pizzeria next to the ice rink in Ashburn, and hockey season is about to hit. We are looking for a full-time pizza cook who can really cook, takes pride in the pie, and wants to grow with a small owner-run shop.
Pizza is the heart of this job. Dough, sauce, the oven, the line. Experience with prep, sauces, and closing a kitchen makes you more valuable here, and there is a written raise path for people who take on more.
One thing to know before you apply: the interview is a paid working interview. You will make a pizza with us, and we pay you for that time. If you can stretch dough, sauce it, and spread cheese cleanly, we would love to meet you. If you have never done that in a restaurant, this is probably not the right posting for you.
The basics:
- $17 to $18 an hour based on experience, plus paid overtime
- Full time, afternoon into close. Weekends are our busy nights.
