Your Impact
As a Wound Care Nurse, you'll provide specialized wound, skin, ostomy, and continence care to patients in their homes. You'll perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide wound treatments and dressing changes, monitor healing progress, and educate patients and caregivers on effective wound management and prevention strategies. Your expertise will play a critical role in promoting healing, preventing complications, and improving patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse with strong wound assessment and treatment experience. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, demonstrates excellent communication and documentation skills, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN) certification is preferred but not required.
