We are seeking an Associate or Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team. This role supports the creation of a warm, caring, and safe environment that promotes healthy development and meaningful engagement for infants. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, listens well, and works collaboratively with colleagues.
Responsibilities include supporting lead teachers in daily infant care routines, maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment, and responding attentively to infants’ physical and emotional needs. The teacher will also spend time outdoors with children, taking walks and engaging with nature as part of the daily routine.
Qualifications:
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of or education in infant/child development and care
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth in the early childhood education field
- Ability to bend, twist, lift, sit on the floor, and use child-sized furniture
- A love of nature and willingness to spend time outdoors, walking and pushing large strollers
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
