We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys building trust, creating meaningful connections, and helping patients navigate their dental journey with clarity and confidence.
This is more than a scheduling or treatment coordinator position.
Our Patient Care Coordinator serves as a guide, advocate, and connector—helping patients move from their first conversation with our practice through completed treatment while ensuring they feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way.

What You'll Do
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome and guide new patients through their first experience with Laurel Dental.
- Build trusting relationships that help patients feel comfortable asking questions.
- Help patients understand treatment recommendations and next steps.
- Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, hygienists, scheduling, and financial teams.
- Support proactive scheduling and follow-up to help patients complete recommended care.
- Prepare insurance and patient information to support accurate estimates.
- Review schedules to improve readiness and reduce disruptions.
- Help identify opportunities to improve patient experience and office systems.
Your role is to help patients gain the clarity and confidence they need to make informed decisions about their oral health.

Preferred Qualifications
- Dental front office or treatment coordination experience preferred
- Dentrix experience preferred
- Familiarity with dental insurance and treatment planning
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
