Reports To: Food Hub Operations Manager (Daisy Mills)
Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt, average 30-40 hours per week
Pay Range: $22/hour
Expected Start Date: 2-4 weeks after accepted offer

Boulder County Farmers Markets is a non-profit organization dedicated to
strengthening our food system by supporting, promoting, and expanding access
to locally grown and made products for all members of our community. We
operate seasonal markets, and a year-round online market. Additionally, our Food
Hub team facilitates a number of year-round Food Access programs and aggregates
local food for wholesale to local businesses, institutions, and food pantries.

Position Overview
This role supports the Food Access Manager and Food Access Specialist by providing
consistent, year-round operational coverage across Food Hub operations, Food
Access programs, market coordination, outreach support, and select CSA and
data-entry tasks. The Senior Food Access Coordinator does not own programs,
budgets, grant reporting, or external partner relationships, but is trained to execute
and cover core workflows to ensure continuity during staff absences and peak
periods. This role has a strong emphasis on professional development, including
shadowing and training on focus areas outlined below.
