Think Happy Live Healthy is hiring a certified EMDR therapist or resident pursuing EMDR certification to see clients in person either at our Falls Church or Ashburn office and remotely. This is a great fit for a licensed clinician or resident who wants consistent referrals, strong clinical support, and a flexible schedule without the stress of finding clients. You will work with adults seeking EMDR therapy.
Pay$85,000 to 125,000 per year (range varies based on caseload and schedule)

You are EMDR certified or are pursuing EMDR certification and a licensed clinician or resident.
You like structured support and a team environment, but you also want autonomy in your caseload.

You are comfortable supporting adults with trauma concerns and related co-occurring conditions.
Schedule and location
Hybrid, including flexibility with afternoon, evenings, or weekends
Expectation of 20 clients per week minimum
What you’ll do
Provide EMDR therapy to adults
Use evidence based approaches tailored to each clinet
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatry and testing
Maintain timely and ethical documentation in our EHR
Participate in consultation and supervision if you are a resident

Qualifications
Virginia licensed clinician or resident in an applicable discipline
Examples include LPC, LCSW, Psychologist, School Psychologist, PsyD, PhD, Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work
Experience working adults with trauma concerns and common co-occurring conditions is required
