Sweet & Sassy is where fun meets fabulous! We're a children's salon, spa, retail, and party experience center—and we're looking for a high-energy, experienced professional to step into a Salon & Spa Manager role. This is a perfect fit for a senior stylist ready to take on more leadership, coaching, and operations ownership.
What You’ll Do:
· Oversee daily operations of our salon and spa services, including staff supervision, scheduling, and guest satisfaction
· Serve as a right-hand leader to the owner and partner with another Manager, helping run the full store when needed
· Provide excellent client experiences, especially for children and families
· Lead by example—styling hair, training team members, and setting the tone for our high-energy, positive culture
· Support inventory, upselling strategies, and back-office tasks like bookings, service performance, and quality checks
What We’re Looking For:
· Licensed cosmetologist with 5+ years of relevant stylist experience
· Strong ability to lead a team, resolve customer issues, and maintain high service standards
· Fun, confident, and organized with excellent communication skills
· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, kid-focused environment

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

- Are you comfortable working in a kid's salon/spa/party venue leading more junior stylists and working full-time in a leadership capacity? Peak season is summer and holidays.
- Are you able to regularly work Saturday (9am-6pm) and Sunday (11am-5pm)?

- Haircutting/ styling: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Cosmetology License (Required)
