What You’ll Do
Lead daily BOH operations: prep, line execution, sanitation, and closing

Train, coach, and hold the kitchen team accountable

Maintain recipes, portioning, quality standards, and plating consistency

Manage ordering, inventory, pars, waste reduction, and food cost

Support catering and event execution (timing, packaging, quality)

What We’re Looking For
5+ years kitchen leadership experience (Sous Chef lead/Chef de Cuisine/Executive Chef)

Strong line skills and systems mindset (prep lists, pars, station standards)

Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, and inventory

Calm leader, high standards, team-first attitude
