No’j Salon & Beauty Studio is seeking an experienced, talented, and professional Master Barber to join our elevated beauty and grooming environment.
We are looking for a barber who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, professionalism, and exceptional client service. This opportunity is ideal for a barber who specializes in men's grooming and enjoys providing personalized, one-on-one services in a sophisticated private salon setting.
THE SPACE
This is a private, single-chair salon studio located within No’j Salon & Beauty Studio.
The space is intentionally intimate and professional, providing the barber with a dedicated barber/salon chair and workstation where clients can receive personalized, uninterrupted service.
The environment is designed for a barber who values quality over volume and wants to create a premium grooming experience for every client.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Master Barber will provide exceptional men's grooming services, including:
- Precision men's haircuts
- Classic and contemporary barbering
- Skin fades and bald fades
- Tapers and low, mid, and high fades
- Clipper and scissor cuts
- Precision edge work and line-ups
- Hairline and neckline detailing
- Beard trims and shaping
- Beard sculpting and customized facial-hair designs
- Hot towel shaves
- Close and straight-razor shaves
- Facial hair detailing and finishing
- Men's styling and grooming consultations
- Customized grooming based on hair type, facial structure, and individual style
The barber will also:
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences
- Recommend styles and grooming services appropriate for each client
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Follow all applicable sanitation and safety requirements
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards
- Build strong, lasting client relationships
- Provide a welcoming and elevated client experience
- Stay current with men's grooming trends, techniques, products, and styles
- Recommend professional hair and grooming products when appropriate
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is an experienced Master Barber:
- Has strong technical barbering skills
- Is highly proficient in fades, tapers, edge work, beard grooming, and precision detailing
- Is experienced with close and straight-razor shaves
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Is professional, dependable, and personable
- Is comfortable working independently
- Enjoys creating personalized client experiences
- Understands the importance of building long-term client relationships
- Has a passion for men's grooming and professional presentation
- Holds a current barbering license and meets all applicable state requirements
