Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting corporate operations and learning centers by ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative and operational processes. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations during class hours, coordinating teacher schedules, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate administrative records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide prompt and courteous communication while addressing internal and external inquiries.
- Welcome and assist parents, students, and teachers, ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
- Manage customer intake and maintain accurate student and administrative records.
- Provide administrative support to the corporate office and learning centers.
- Manage emails, support tickets, and general communications efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, scheduling, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate teacher schedules and support academic scheduling needs.
- Organize and maintain educational materials, office documents, and internal resources.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software platforms to support daily operations.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
