About This Position:
This is not a traditional sales position.
Our experienced sales team already knows how to sell.
Your responsibility will be helping our salespeople become even more productive by coordinating projects, following through on customer requests, improving communication between departments and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities are Sales Team Support:
- Conduct weekly sales pipeline meetings with seven experienced sales representatives.
- Review open opportunities and identify required follow-up.
- Track customer quotations and pending opportunities.
- Assign and monitor incoming RFQs and vendor-generated sales leads.
- Coordinate benchmark requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with customer proposals and sales support activities.
Customer Success:
- Follow up with open orders.
- Coordinate communication between customers, vendors and internal departments.
- Help resolve customer concerns by working closely with the Service Manager and sales team.
- Ensure customers are receiving timely updates throughout the sales and installation process.
- Help maintain Romanoff's reputation for exceptional customer service.
Sales Operations:
- Maintain CRM accuracy and opportunity tracking.
- Prepare weekly pipeline reports.
- Monitor sales activity and follow-up commitments.
- Coordinate order processing between Sales, Purchasing, Service and Accounting.
- Track open orders to ensure timely processing and shipment.
- Assist with forecasting and sales reporting.
Marketing & Trade Shows:
- Coordinate trade show planning and logistics with Marketing Department.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department on promotions and customer events.
- Assist with new product launches and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others succeed.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3–7 years of experience in sales operations, customer success, inside sales, project coordination, or industrial sales support.
- Experience working with industrial or technical products preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Professional and positive attitude.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
