Position Summary:
The Glazing position inputs glass to frames, adhering units properly, and getting units ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Adhere glass or other materials to assembled frames and doors using caulking or other adhesives
- Install all complementary materials, such as insulation, gaskets, trim, glass stops, etc. so that completed units are ready for installation
- Identify and correct issues to ensure quality control metrics are maintained
Work Experience & Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Glass and Glazing experience preferred, but not required
- Construction and/or manufacturing experience working with large materials, including:
- Reading a tape measure and performing basic fraction and decimal changes
- Reading and interpreting drawings, including blueprints, to meet product specifications
- Using caulking and other adhesives
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Operating equipment properly
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds), work in various positions, and handle strenuous tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work in other capacities in the shop as needed
