Job Overview
Seeking a self-motivated, career-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Coast West team. The CSR will support the service needs of the clients as well as support our producer sales agent to meet the sales/marketing agency goals. The CSR must be a quick learner, able to multi-task and stay organized, provide follow-up, be courteous and deliver positive customer experience with every call.
Responsibilities
- Service existing personal lines accounts
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions when appropriate
- Support agents with quoting and new business opportunities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls for service, retention, and light sales opportunities
- Process payments when needed
- Help maintain accurate and organized client records
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a high level of service
Qualifications
- Experience with Allstate Insurance customer service a must
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
- Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, agency systems, etc.)
- Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish) but not mandatory
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred but not mandatory
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
