What You’ll Do
- Safely transport students and authorized passengers to and from school and special events
- Perform pre-trip safety checks and ensure the van is clean and well-maintained
- Assist students in boarding and exiting the van safely
- Enforce safety rules and report any behavioral issues to the appropriate supervisors
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to keep everyone safe on the road
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and school personnel
- Keep detailed records of trips, maintenance needs, and any incidents
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license
- Commitment to student safety and strong driving skills
- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude when working with kids
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
