Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local businesses and community members.
- Educate clients on Aflac's supplemental insurance products.
- Conduct benefits presentations in English and Spanish.
- Assist employees with enrollment and policy questions.
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to obtain a state Health and Life Insurance License (if not currently licensed).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
