- Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri (Summer: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Spring/Fall: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Winter: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Location: 218 Industrial Ave., Greensboro, NC 27406 (Greensboro Branch Office)
- Requirements: 1–3 years of experience; ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively

What You’ll Do As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will direct and work alongside your team to keep commercial properties pristine . In this working supervisor role, your daily Landscaping Supervisor duties include:
- Directing crew members to execute hands-on tasks assigned by the foreman and manager .
- Performing grounds maintenance, including mowing, mulching, planting sod, irrigation, and spraying .
- Serving as an active Grounds Crew Foreman by ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site .
What You Bring To The Team
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance .
- Physical stamina to lift 35 lbs. repetitively outdoors .
- Strong leadership ability, a great work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
