RetroFoam of Philadelphia is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

RetroFoam is a passionate and forward-thinking injection foam insulation supplier, with lofty goals of solving homeowner comfort and energy efficiency challenges through our network of insulation contractors across the country. We are looking to add an ambitious sales professional with a successful track record to our growing Philadelphia team. If you have the passion and the skillset, we hope you will consider joining us.
You will be traveling around the Philadelphia area meeting with home and property owners throughout the week and some weekends inspecting their homes, determining and presenting the right solution to meet their needs, and educating and answering any questions to sell foam insulation. The right person for the job won't shy away from long days of driving, back to back appointments and challenging situations.
The ideal candidate will have or be:

Duties:
- Generate new business opportunities and prospect potential customers.
- Teaching and educating customers about our products and why they do or don’t make sense based on their needs and building science.
- Adhere to a consultative sales approach with a no-haggle pricing policy.
- Conduct pre-set, in-home insulation Inspections / consultations where you meet with customers, review their homes and their challenges, and sell relevant foam insulation solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Update customer records.
- Meet or exceed quota.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
