Job Description:
The Provider Recruitment Specialist supports the strategic execution of provider relations initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and academic pipeline development. In collaboration with the Senior Director of Ambulatory Operations and Strategy, this role serves as a key liaison between provider candidates, clinical departments, medical staff, leadership, academic partners, and external organizations. Responsibilities include leading provider recruitment and engagement efforts, supporting compensation and contracting processes, coordinating academic and training partnerships, and overseeing locum tenens strategy to support provider coverage needs, while contributing to data-driven solutions and organizational growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Education, Business, Healthcare or related field is required. Masters Degree preferred.
Experience: 3 years experience in talent acquisition, workforce management, human resources, operations, administration, or relationship management in a a complex organization required. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, candidate pipelines, or client/service relationships preferred. 1 year experience in healthcare operations with proficiency in administrative duties preferred.
