Position Summary
The Team Member plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will prepare food, provide friendly service, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. This position requires energy, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide fast, accurate service
- Take customer orders and process payments using POS systems
- Prepare food and beverages according to Burger King standards
- Maintain food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide training
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Must meet minimum age requirements (as required by state law)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable working near heat and kitchen equipment
