This position is ideal for a newer attorney who is eager to learn, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in producing thoughtful, high-quality work. We are looking for someone who is coachable, detail-oriented, and excited to develop their career within a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do:
- Meet with clients and build trusted relationships
- Draft legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff throughout the client journey
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Continue developing legal knowledge through mentorship and hands-on experience
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- Organized and detail-oriented
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable learning and receiving coaching
- Compassionate and client-focused
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
- A team player who values professionalism and collaboration
Preferred Experience
- 0–5 years of legal experience
- Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, or Business experience is helpful but not required
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
