JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Performs all general service duties for manufacturing plant. Assists operators when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to use scales
· Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
· Able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
· Forklift Certification required
· Ability to operate floor scrubber
· Must be able to use overhead crane
· Safety minded at all times
· Basic reading and math skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Pick up production baskets from machines and bring to parts cleaning department
· Dump bar ends and scrap into appropriate barrels
· Process chips in separator
· Clean separator
· Clean grinding area
· Fill machines with oil
· Maintain eye cleaning station with tissues
· Snow removal
· Weigh and load scrap barrels
· Weigh and load waste oil
· Unload trucks
· Change and clean air filters
· Clean out machines as needed
· Clean floors
· Remove all trash
· Run Samsco water evaporator
· Record gas usage on log sheets
· All other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
