Training & BCBA Supervision hours provided!
Responsibilities:
- Direct implementer of applied behavioral analysis programs designed and overseen by a BCBA, serving clients ages 2 - 20 years old.
- Communicate professionally and clearly regarding client progress and concerns
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
- Implement and follow behavior protocols
- Track client progress and program data
- Understand and follow company values and policies
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with others as part of a larger team
- Manage multiple tasks at one time proficiently
- Organized, good time manager and self-motivated
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher, some college preferred in relevant areas (psychology, child development, behavior analysis, education, speech)
- Proficient effective and professional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation and is able to travel between locations
- Must be able to easily lift/move 50 lbs, and bend, stoop, move with ease without limitations.
