Alianza Family Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Albuquerque and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of individuals receiving New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Waiver services.
- Complete nursing assessments and monitor the health and safety of individuals served.
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in ISP/IDT meetings and maintain accurate electronic documentation.
- Train and support Direct Support Professionals on Health Care Plans, medication administration, and delegated nursing tasks.
- Serve as a clinical resource to staff while ensuring compliance with state and Medicaid regulations.

Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the service area
- Full time Monday through Friday schedule availability
