Operations Manager – Greater Texas Home Center
Location: 1726 N Main St., Cleburne, TX 76033
Greater Texas Home Center is seeking a motivated and organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufactured home dealership. This position plays a key role in ensuring our team delivers an exceptional customer experience while keeping dealership operations efficient and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily dealership operations and office workflow.
- Coordinate home deliveries, installations, and service scheduling.
- Work closely with the GM to ensure a smooth customer experience from purchase through move-in.
- Oversee inventory, vendor communication, and order tracking.
- Ensure all customer files, contracts, and documentation are accurate and compliant.
- Assist the GM with hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- Monitor dealership performance and help improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dealership environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous management or operations experience is required.
- Manufactured housing, automotive, RV, or retail dealership experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented.
- PASS random drug screenings.
- High school diploma/GED
- valid Drivers License
