Landers Nissan is looking for experienced Nissan Certified Automotive Technicians to join our Growing Service Department.

Compensation
- Nissan Certified Technician: $35–$40 per flat-rate hour
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Nissan Master Certified Technician: $40–$45 per flat-rate hour
- $6,250 Sign-On Bonus
- Top-Level Master / Diagnostic Technician: $47–$50 per flat-rate hour
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Production Escalators Available
- Productive technicians can earn additional increases to their flat-rate rate based on flagged-hour performance
Top producers have the opportunity to earn $50+ per flat-rate hour.

What We're Looking For
- Current Nissan certification preferred
- Nissan Master Certification highly desirable
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- Ability to properly diagnose and repair Nissan vehicles
- Proven flat-rate productivity
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work effectively with Service Advisors and other technicians
- Commitment to quality repairs and excellent customer service
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and drivability concerns
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Properly document findings and recommended repairs
- Follow Nissan factory repair procedures
- Maintain Nissan training and certification requirements
- Work with the Service Department to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
