Overview

Duties
- Remove weeds from garden beds, lawns, and hardscape areas using hand tools and power equipment
- Support landscape maintenance projects such as planting, pruning, and tree care activities
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites by clearing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored after use
- Assist with snow plowing or winter maintenance tasks during seasonal changes
- Support overall landscape upkeep by performing routine gardening and horticulture tasks as needed
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
- Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance practices
- Knowledge of tree care, pruning, mowing, and hardscape installation is a plus
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently outdoors
- Good physical condition to handle manual labor tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in construction or landscaping is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
