Non-Emergency Transportation Driver

Divine Solar is a company that is looking for caring, compassionate, and motivated candidates to join our team. Our professionals assist with non-emergency medical transportation of individuals to routine doctor’s appointments, dialysis, scheduled activities, etc. throughout the Des Moines Metro area. Good communication skills are essential as many of our clients are individuals who we service regularly and building rapport with them is an important aspect of the service we provide. The use of an on-board navigation system in vehicles or a cell phone GPS will be utilized for mapping purposes. The safety of passenger transport is of the utmost importance, and quality of care will not be compromised. Local applicants within the Greater Des Moines Metro area will be considered.

* Previous driving experience is preferred.
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
* Must enjoy working with people, and professionally maintain ongoing relationships.
* Be willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and/or early evenings, and a few Saturdays.
* Good communications skills.
* Must have own vehicle.
* Additional training/certificates may need to be obtained at a later date but you must be willing to complete courses/certifications at request.
Job Type: Part-Time/Full Time
- Hours are flexible but can vary between 5 am to 6 pm as there is no set schedule.
Salary: $400 per week with the potential to earn much more!
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have your own cell phone for dispatch instructions and patient communication.
- Must be willing to complete a drug screening.
- Must be willing to complete a background check.
Required license or certification:
- Driver's License (Must be able to provide a copy of your driving record from the DMV)
