We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and knowledge of our menu offerings. PRIOR SERVER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using basic math skills to ensure precision in order entry.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in hospitality, particularly in fine dining settings, is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food service operations is a plus.
