Requirements

21 years of age or older, valid Class A CDL, current DOT Medical Card
-
Safe driving record

Pass background check and pre-employment drug test

Experienced drivers: 6 months recent OTR experience, or completion of an accredited CDL training program (120+ hours)
Training Path

New CDL-A holders welcome

Paid 4–6 week program with an experienced trainer

Guaranteed weekly training pay, full solo pay after completion
Pay & Schedule

Average weekly pay $1,300–$1,550, top performers $1,800+

2,200 to 2,800 miles per week

12 days out, 2 home

$300 paid orientation, hotel and transportation included
