Job Title: Toddler (full-time) & Classroom Support (part-time afternoons) (Faith-Based Early Childhood Program)
We are seeking warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic teachers, both full time and part time to join our school. The ideal candidate is kind, loving, and genuinely enjoys spending time on the floor engaging with young children—singing, playing, and fostering meaningful connections that support early development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, active supervision to ensure a safe and supportive classroom environment
- Engage children through play-based learning, music, and hands-on activities
- Use positive discipline and redirection techniques to guide behavior
- Build strong, caring relationships with children and their families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff as a supportive team player
- Incorporate and model our faith-based values in daily interactions and classroom culture
Qualifications:
- Background in Early Childhood Education (degree or coursework preferred)
- Previous experience working in a child care center
- Passion for early childhood development and a patient, nurturing approach
