Objective:
We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator who brings our culture to life and connects others to it. This role is centered around storytelling, social engagement, and creating memorable candidate experiences—whether through social media, events, or team interactions. Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordination:
- Partner with Dept Managers to identify hiring needs and workforce planning priorities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, & hiring candidates.
- Complete first day onboarding of new team members via paperwork, uniforms distribution, and review of expectations, and coordinate their first day with Managers for seamless handoff.
- Support 30-60-90 day reviews in collaboration with Dept Managers
- Manage related administrative functions such as background checks, candidate tracking, & hiring data
- Plan, coordinate, and attend recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives
- Support team to increase presence in schools, workforce programs, and local networks for long term recruiting strategies.
Marketing Coordination:
- Maintain social media accounts with activity focused on recruiting, company branding, and service ads.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Director to align brand messaging, service ads, and educational info
- Capture and maintain database of photos, videos, and brand items
- Execute internal and external events such as annual company parties, client events, company training events, marketing events like golf outings or trade shows, etc.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
