Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating immaculate, welcoming spaces and understands the expectations of a luxury residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of luxury residences and common areas
- Maintain pristine condition of kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and high-touch surfaces
- Handle fine furnishings, specialty surfaces, and high-end appliances with care
- Change linens, make beds to resort standards, and replenish amenities
- Report maintenance issues promptly and accurately
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and confidentiality protocols
- Provide courteous, discreet service to residents and guests
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in luxury homes, resorts, or boutique hotels preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently with efficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Trustworthy, dependable, and respectful of resident privacy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
