Summit Mechanical is hiring HVAC New Construction Installers for steady, local work in the Boise/Treasure Valley area.

Pay
$22.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems on new construction projects
- Assist with ductwork, rough-in, trim, equipment setting, and startup support
- Install air distribution, ventilation, and related HVAC components
- Follow direction from crew leads, site supervisors, and project managers
- Read basic plans, layouts, and installation instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule
- Communicate field issues clearly and professionally
Requirements
- HVAC installation experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- New construction experience is helpful but not required
- Construction experience is a plus
- Basic hand tools preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work on active construction sites
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

- HVAC rough-in and trim
- Ductwork installation

Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
